We pride ourselves on the 1^st class care that we offer to all our livery clients whether full, part or DIY your horse’s welfare is upmost priority, we provide first class hay, haylage and bedding sourced from local suppliers

DIY livery starts at £25 per week and packages can be structured to each owners requirements and the needs of their horse, we can include Hay and bedding, morning turnout, individual paddocks (summer only) also offering Part and Full Livery. We have experience caring for horses with special needs including COPD, EMS, and Laminitis

Warren Farm has stabling for 24 horses our livery yard has accommodation for 14 horses with spacious indoor stables, tack room, feed room, livery hay shed and solarium. All types of livery include access to daily grazing throughout the year on the farms 20 acres of well managed grass land. Other facilities also include a floodlit all weather arena, cross country schooling course and show jumps.

Warren Farm has good hacking available with many off road routes within easy access plus plenty of road work around the quiet village of wolviston, for those wishing to venture further afield the beach is 15 mins drive away and about the same to the Cleveland hills for even more beautiful riding.

Riding Instruction is available on site from Qualified instructor, we hold regular schooling days, clinics, and a weekly livery group lesson with special rates.
